After a recent cookout pick, I was asked for my chili recipe. I had just been musing on all the yummy dishes that appear at festivals and picks and how maybe I should gather and post recipes on the site. Particular faves are Ray's Ribs, Doug's Shrimp Curry, Margaret's deviled eggs and many more favorite dishes that have created memorable bluegrass meals.
